Apparently there has been a community of Punjabi Sikhs in Mexico, and subsequently within the Mexican-American community, since the early 1900's. They established themselves firmly by the 1950's, but due to lots more inter-racial, inter-religious marriage...they're dying out. Talk about your interculture vultures...
